December Newsletter
Happy New Year! We pray that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and celebrated Jesus’s birth with friends and family. This past month was exciting. We had a couple of new ministry opportunities and through many of your generous donations we also surpassed our year end outfit and passage campaign goal! In addition, a new church became partners with our ministry.
Early in December, Michele attended a ladies Christmas Banquet at Calvary Baptist Church in Denton, MD. She had been invited to be the guest speaker. It was an awesome event with many ladies coming out to enjoy dinner and fellowship. Michele spoke on the role of Jesus’s mother Mary and how she is an example of faith for all ladies. During the event they told Michele that Calvary was going to partner with our ministry to The Gambia! We are blessed to have so many fantastic church families praying and giving to missions all around the world.

We also hosted a four-week Christmas Bible study in our home in December. Patrick taught a ten- or fifteen-minute lesson each week going through the story of Christmas. The group then discussed a variety of questions. It was a wonderful time of fellowship and discipleship.

Finally, we are excited to tell you that we surpassed our original goal of $15,000 towards our outfit and passage by the end of the year. We raised the goal a few weeks ago to $20,000 by the end of the year and we are almost there! Today is the last day to donate in 2018. As of the writing of this letter, $18,123 has been donated or committed to our outfit and passage fund at ABWE! All donations are tax deductible. Prayer Requests
Pray that an abundance of churches invite us out next year to present our ministry.
Pray that God gives us many opportunities to share the gospel with the lost this coming year.
