Dear Friends,

September is a month of bounty and God has heard our prayers to be another step closer to The Gambia as our calendar fills to present our ministry. God has His hand on our ministry as Emmanuel Baptist Church in Toledo, OH, who is a supporting church of ours, took up a special collection for our ministry's outfit and passage raising $2,000. We are so grateful for their prayers and dedication to mission support. We were quite blessed and surprised by their generosity. Later in the month the missions committee at Faith Community Church in Camden, Delaware hosted a dinner at the Greene's home to get to know us and the ministry more intimately. They were well versed and had really done their homework about both our ministry and The Gambia. We are very thankful for their great hospitality and look forward to growing our relationship.

We presented our ministry during the two-day mission’s conference at Lake View Bible Church in Manheim, PA. During the conference we shared our testimonies, a message on excuses, and about our future ministry in The Gambia. We shared our time with other ABWE Pre-field missionaries to Brazil, Josh and Jodi Greve who are also praying for God’s provision to get them to the field. Lake View Bible Church has a wonderfully faithful congregation and we enjoyed staying with and getting to know them.

Keep those prayers coming for more opportunities to share our ministry and funding because God is answering. In October, we have three churches we will be visiting. Two are in New York and one is in Pennsylvania. Please keep us in your prayers as we travel to share God’s mission for our family with these churches in the upcoming weeks.
